A fantastic morning in a new informal settlement in our Refilwe township. Rabies Vaccinating, deworming and dipping. Despite owners not having running water or electricity themselves, every animal had clean water available and the love the owners have for their pets were visible. There were a few on chains/runnining lines, but the owners’ reasons are they do not want the animals to roam to create more unwanted dogs.
